Metadata-only release preparing Tangent for F-Droid inclusion — no app code changes.

Added

  • F-Droid packaging metadata: fastlane/metadata/android/en-US/ (description, icon, screenshots, per-release changelogs) and a release-workflow gate that refuses to tag a release without a changelog for its versionCode.
  • Submitted to F-Droid: fdroiddata !50943

Updating

  • No server update required — the 1.48.0 GHCR image is published for version parity only.
  • Android: install the APK over the existing one. After a reinstall (not an update), re-grant the storage folder in Settings → Storage — expected Android behavior.
  • Devices with a debug-signed build need a one-time uninstall before this release APK installs (different signatures).
