We invite you to download and run any of the three TagGraph implementations included here: 
* natively on Centos 7, 
* as a linux docker conainter
* as a Windows docker container.


if you plan to install the Taggraph on your centos 7, Python 2.7, please download the TagGraph.1.8.tar.gz at https://sourceforge.net/projects/taggraph/files/CurrentRelease-TagGraph.1.8/, please note that the system needs to have the following python package(version) installed:
	lxml 4.2.1
	numpy 1.7.1
	pyteomics 3.5.1
	sqlalchemy 1.1
	pandas 0.22.0
	pympler 0.5
	networkx 1.11
	matplotlib 2.2.3
	plotly 2.2.3

or if you plan to install the docker container to use taggraph, linux version can be found at https://sourceforge.net/projects/taggraph/files/CurrentRelease-TagGraph.1.8/DockerContainer/Centos7/, and windows versiom is at https://sourceforge.net/projects/taggraph/files/CurrentRelease-TagGraph.1.8/DockerContainer/Windows/


* the TagGraph.1.8.1 version comes with some enhancement for the database insertion.
