Load _BOOT_P2.BIX onto the root directory of a FAT32 card.
TAQOZ will automatically load and report to a serial console.
As of 210126 I have put it back up to 921600. (115200 is so slow)

BACKUP <FILE> now time stamps the modified date and time (assuming RTC but test on non P2D2)
BACKUP BIX will now create a file if it does not exist
File creation is working properly now.
FORMAT defaults to 64KB clusters which is the FAT32 maximum.
Added timestamp to MBR boot signatue
Added file timestamp handlers for CREATED and MODIFIED
RW RWS permissions are additive - use RO to reset permissions
