Double Commander

Description: Double Commander is a cross platform open source file manager with two panels side by side. It is inspired by Total Commander and features some new ideas.

Note:: If version 1.19.1 does not load icons and menus on your system, rather try 1.17.1

  • Archives are handled like subdirectories. You can easily copy files to and from archives.

  • Extended search function with full text search in any files
  • Configurable button bar to start external programs or internal menu commands
  • Total Commander WCX, WDX, WFX and WLX plug-ins support
  • FTP, FTPS, FTPES, SSH+SCP and SFTP protocols support

Adapted and packaged for Haiku by Michel Clasquin-Johnson. Tested on Haiku R1/beta5 x86_64.
