Swift Validator is a java application that provides the following functions:
1) swift message parsing
2) swift message format specifications validation
3) swift message network validated rules (in process)
4) It also provides a simple java swing UI
5) currently it supports Standards MT 2012 schema
NOTE: schema can be updated via xml configuration files for all categories
