Description

This utiltity can be used to create custom shortcuts, or can be used from the command prompt, in batch files, or custom scripts.

Example:
I currently use it to launch Outlook on startup. I did this by creating a shortcut to the SwiftCALD, and edited the properties to include the following switches:
SwiftCALD.EXE "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\OUTLOOK.EXE" 5 "Microsoft Outlook"

This will allow the computer enough time to launch all networking stacks before loading Outlook, upon startup.
