Sheridan Support Suite

Sheridan Support Suite is a bespoke open source IT Service Management Solution featuring client manament, ticket system, client/user management and asset management.

Sheridan Computers are an IT Support company, after trying numerous both open source and commercial applications which didn't really offer what we wanted, we decided to develop our own system in-house.

Requirements where:
- Add individual clients
- Assign sites to clients
- Assign users to clients
- Assign assets to clients
- Create service tickets with email updates
- Manage billing (email notification of billable jobs.

Requirements:-
- Apache (with mod_rewrite)
- MySQL v5+
- PHP 5.3
