Hey,

I was asked to put together a small database driven webpage for work that will track student's who come into the office with an IT request. Simply checks the student key entered by the student against the database and displays the other times the student has come in. It then allows the student to enter a new issue.

It's still under development and I plan to add an admin page which will allow admin's to run a number of reports to determine different statistics.
