Unzip the bundle in whatever folder
If done in a compatible OS, it should work without any dependencies.
There are three executable files:
stmani3 The main package for image aligning
gen-render Command Line program for batch rendering of a collection of images
gen-html5 Command Line program to make an HTML5 viewer of a collection of images
