Startich

This program was written for the purpose of starting an application after a certain (predefined) periode of time of user inactivity. So basically, if you go away from your computer and don't want for the computer to be idle if you are away for more than 5 minutes, you can set the inactivity timeout to 5 minutes and select an application you would like to start after the timeout is reached. If you wish (you set it up that way in preferences), the program can exit when user's/system's activity is resumed.
