Stand Up Reminder runs in the system tray and pops a notification every X minutes to remind the user to stand up. Includes a "snooze" button. The user can determine the interval between reminders, the length of snooze, and whether or not the notification plays a sound.

From the system tray the user can also pause or restart the timer at any point.
