1. Status. 

   This is the Extension patches for the JTeam's [Chris Male et al, www.jteam.nl) SpatialSolrPlugin (SSP) v. 2.0 RC4. 

2. Functionality.

   The SSP-2_0-RC4-ssplex-1_0.patch adds the ability to use Polygons and Polylines search in addition to the Circles search in SSP.  
   The SSP-2_0-RC4-ssplex-1_1.patch adds the ability to use miles and nautical miles in addition to kilometers.
   
   Note: the SSP-2_0-RC4-ssplex-1_1.patch should be installed ON TOP of the SSP-2_0-RC4-ssplex-1_0.patch (sorry for the hassle!).
