SSDTTime is an open-source Python utility that automates the creation of ACPI Secondary System Description Tables for macOS compatibility on non-Apple hardware. It runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux and helps simplify firmware configuration tasks commonly required for Hackintosh installations. The software analyzes system ACPI information and generates targeted SSDT patches for hardware initialization and compatibility. It can address interrupt conflicts, embedded controller configuration, CPU power management, and USB power properties. Additional functionality supports real-time clock adjustments, PCI bridge definitions, laptop backlight configuration, and SMBus compatibility. On Windows and Linux, users can extract the system's Differentiated System Description Table for analysis. SSDTTime reduces the complexity of manually developing ACPI modifications and helps streamline OpenCore bootloader preparation.
