SPM+hMRI standalone download

This archive contains a Linux compiled version of SPM12 (Statistical Parametric Mapping - https://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm/; source code available on GitHub: https://github.com/spm/spm12) together with the hMRI toolbox (https://github.com/hMRI-group/hMRI-toolbox). The purpose of this archive is to provide a standalone version of hMRI that does not rely on MATLAB and that can be used to create containerized workflows. This archive is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
