Put 'supaplex_level_skipper.exe' in the directory that contains the
Supaplex 'PLAYER.LST' file.

Then, just run 'supaplex_level_skipper.exe' and you should be presented
with a list of player names. Choose one, enter a level number, and the
level should be skipped.
