This program logs and time stamps readings from a SPER SCIENTIFIC 800005 thermocouple temperature meter. Ubuntu 10.10. To compile it, you just enter "gcc SPER800005.c -o SPER800005". The code assumes the device is on /dev/ttyUSB1.
