Limited support for converting SpecRun HTML report to XML report

Usage:
SpecRunReportHtmlToXml.exe {dll_path} {input_file_path} {output_file_path}

dll_path = name that appears in the report
input_file_path = input SpecRun html file
output_file_path = output testResult *like* xml file

Note: paths are absolute
