SpeakoFlow 2.0.0
The biggest update yet. Every screen is redesigned, and the assistant does a lot more than answer typed questions now: you can talk with it out loud, hand it the text you're looking at, and have it write up your meetings.
On 1.4 or earlier? Download 2.0 below and install it over your current version. 1.4 can't update to 2.0 by itself. Your settings, history, and models are kept, and from 2.0 on, updates install from inside the app.
Conversations
Have a real back-and-forth with the assistant, hands-free. It answers out loud, you can cut in while it's speaking, and if you need to type something mid-conversation, just dictate. The conversation waits for you.
Ask about what you selected
Select text in any app and say what you want: "translate this to Spanish", "write a polite reply", "explain this". The answer streams in as it's written, and you can copy it, insert it, or replace your selection with it.
Meetings beta
Hit Start recording before any call. SpeakoFlow keeps your voice and the other side apart, and no bot joins the call. When it ends you get notes with a summary, decisions, and next steps.
Also new
- Cloud transcription with ElevenLabs, Deepgram, OpenAI, Groq, Mistral, Azure, or OpenRouter. Local is still the default.
- Undo for a dictation you cancelled by accident.
- Reminders by voice: "remind me to send the invoice in twenty minutes."
- New voices. Kitten, Pocket TTS, and Supertonic run on your computer, and ElevenLabs voices can laugh and whisper.
- A redesigned app with a light theme, an Insights page, and in-app updates and feedback.

The other three files are not for you to download. Installed copies of SpeakoFlow fetch them by themselves to update: latest.json tells the app a new version exists, and SpeakoFlow_aarch64.app.tar.gz / SpeakoFlow_x64.app.tar.gz are the update packages for Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
Windows: if SmartScreen warns you, choose More info → Run anyway.
macOS: if it says the app "is damaged", run this once in Terminal (why?):
