To install SpatialGridBuilder, download and unzip spatial_grid_builder_0_7905.zip  

When unzipping, make sure you preserve the directory structure.  

You should be able to run the self-executing file, grid_builder_0_7905_point_speed.exe

The Perl file has also been included.
