This is hopefully the final bug fix release for Soundbench 0.2.x

What's changed in this release:
* Soundbench now responds to --help and --version.
* A metric ton of bugfixes have been added.
* The CPU meter now doesn't crash the program on some systems.
* A lot of console messages have been removed.
* Single track MIDI files now load properly. For real this time.
* The basic generator settings dialog now updates properly.
* The basic generator now correctly resets when told to do so.
* The basic generator now won't forget which wave it was supposed to use.
* Reverted to QApplication
