 This is a minor update to Soundbench 0.2.0 that includes some safety nets and a feature that was going to be in version 0.3.0.
 
 New features:
 The Basic generator now has trapezoidal envelopes.
 Soundbench now assesses whether or not Portaudio can be initialized.
 Proper error/warning handling for if Portaudio fails.
 Better compile environment detection and improved Cygwin support.
 Can be configured to omit one or more features in exchange for fewer dependencies.
