This hotfix is another attempt at fixing the performance problems introduced by pseudonymization.

Because of these problems, we've decided to temporarily disable pseudonymization completely and re-enable it (hopefully with the next major release) after it received a significant overhaul.

In addition, we've added some backend optimizations to improve synchronization speed of the mobile app.
