This release increases the minimum supported Android version for the mobile app to Android 7 (Nougat). Devices running a lower Android version are no longer officially supported.

This release includes API changes and therefore requires a mobile app update to synchronize with the server.

  • Added a language switcher to the settings that allows users to select the language they want to use SORMAS in (#1093)
  • [Web] Added a first prototype of transmission chains to the contact dashboard; this needs to be activated in the properties because it's a WIP (#1168)
  • [Web] Added a new contact follow-up overview to the contacts directory (#1533)
  • [Web] Added bulk editing of case diseases (#1524)
  • Added German language (#1540)
  • Added new feature types that allow server admins to disable aggregate reporting, weekly reporting, event surveillance and clinical management for individual servers (#1559)

  • [Web] Added report coordinates to case form (#1525)
  • [Web] Cases created in the web app now automatically use the coordinates of their health facility as their report coordinates (#1525)
  • [Web] Added additional fields to the case creation form, e.g. sex and present condition (#1527)

  • [Web] Fixed dengue fever type visibility problems (#1530)
  • [Web] Fixed an error when trying to create an uncooperative or unavailable visit (#1535)
  • Fixed first symptom field not including all possible selected symptoms (#1531)

  • [App] Increased minimum supported Android version to 7 (#1519)
  • [Web] Removed default infrastructure files for Nigeria, Ghana and Madagascar; new servers now only contain one default entity for every infrastructure type (#1522)
