This release includes API changes and therefore requires a mobile app update to synchronize with the server.

New features

• Added "Unspecified VHF" as a new disease that supports all symptoms and epi data fields of all viral hemorrhagic fevers currently in the system (#1075)
• Added basic Disease Configuration (currently not editable in the UI) that allows to enable/disable diseases and change their follow-up status and duration (#1074)
• [Web] Added basic case test data generation available for Admins that can be used to create cases with random data for testing or training purposes (#1079)
• Added "West Nile Fever" as a new disease that is not available for surveillance, but can be used for pathogen testing (#1075)
• Added French language to the system (work in progress) (#1069)

Improvements

• Removed disease-specific Pathogen Test Types and instead added a dedicated Tested Disease field to allow for much bigger flexibility when creating Pathogen Tests (#1075)
• [Web] Applied lazy loading to all remaining app directory views to increase loading performance (#1032)
• Merged Event Type and Event Status to a single field and renamed its values (#1077)
• [App] Contacts and visits are now automatically closed when saving on the last tab that supports data entry (#1065)
• Extended notification message when the status of a Pathogen Test changes and added a new notification when the disease of an Unspecified VHF case changes (#1075)
• Surveillance Officers can now be assigned to a Health Facility (#1076)
• Added "No education" to Education Status (#1073)
• Adjusted captions of Case Outcome and Present Condition to clarify their purposes (#1041)
• Changed "Shipped" in Samples to "Sent/Dispatched" to avoid misunderstandings (#1072)
