IMPORTANT: The SQL schema in this update has an error; before you update your server, please open the sormas_schema.sql file in this release, find the line DROP TRIGGER versioning_trigger FROM pathogentest; (near the end) and replace it with DROP TRIGGER versioning_trigger ON pathogentest;

Overall pathogen test result for samples [#919]

  • "Result verified by supervisor" is now a required Yes/No field
  • New "Pathogen test result" field for Sample that is only visible when pathogen tests were requested
  • Removed main sample test from Sample (wasn't visible in UI)
  • Added confirmation popup when Pathogen tests are saved that asks the user whether the Pathogen test result of the Sample should be updated with the result of the test

Further additions to sample testing [#993]

  • Added "Other requested pathogen tests" and "Other requested additional tests" fields to Sample that allow users to freely type in any test types they want to be performed that are not part of the system
  • Renamed some captions
  • Added or changed a number of value ranges for the recently added Symptoms fields
  • Weight and mid-upper arm circumference now allow entering of decimal numbers
  • "Left against medical advice" in Case Hospitalization is now always displayed
  • Added "Non-contact (infrared)" as an additional Temperature source
  • Removed requirements from Symptoms in Clinical visits
