Additions to sample testing [#937]
- Sample tests have been renamed to "pathogen test"
- "Additional tests" have been added and allow to test for a multitude of values in blood and urine
- When creating a sample it's possible to request a set of different pathogen tests and additional tests
Additions for clinical management [#989]
- Rename “Clinical visit” to “clinical assessment” on title
- “Visiting clinician” to “attending clinician”
- "Visiting remarks" to be changed to "physician remarks"
- Move temperature, heart rate and blood pressure into a new section called "Clinical Measurements" above the Signs & Symptoms
- Add "Glasgow coma scale" to clinical measurements (values 1 to 6)
- Also add “mid-upper arm circumference”, “respiratory rate”, “weight”, “height” as drop-down with value ranges each
- Enable symptom "meningeal signes" for Lassa
- Add new symptoms Hemorrhagic syndrom, Sepsis, Hyperglycaemia, Hypoglycaemia, for Lassa
- Move the following symptoms into a new section called "complications": Hemorrhagic syndrome, Shock, Meningeal signs, Altered level of consciousness, Confused or disoriented, Convulsions or Seizures, Sepsis, Hyperglycaemia, Hypoglycaemia
- For PCR pathogen tests show a text fields that allows entering additional details
Extended detailed case export [#940]
The detailed case export has been extended with the following fields: * Case SN * Date of birth * Classification of source case * Date of discharge or transfer * Left against medical advice: A new field in the hospitalization section * Burial of case: Burial information can now also be entered for Lassa cases * Education: A new field in the case person section * Visited a burial
