The files in this project accompany the modeling and data analysis in “Bayesian Posterior Predictive Distributions for Assessing Soil Aggregation in Undisturbed Semiarid Grasslands” by Huzurbazar, Wick, Gasch and Stahl. Each folder has the .R file which contains the rjags code, along with a .txt file which has the model. The carbon, nitrogen and weight data are analyzed in separate folders.
