The files in this project accompany the modeling and data analysis in “Bayesian Posterior Predictive Distributions for Assessing Soil Aggregation in Undisturbed Semiarid Grasslands” by Huzurbazar, Wick, Gasch and Stahl. 

Each folder has the .R file which contains the rjags code, along with a .txt file which has the model. The carbon, nitrogen and weight data are analyzed in separate folders. 

If you use these data and examples, please cite the paper which will appear in SSSJA sometime in 2013-14.
