SocialNetwork+ABS is s a python-based simulation tool to study various models in opinion dynamics, including the traditional French-DeGroot model, bounded confidence model, signed graphs and many other variations. Random signals could be added in the linear or nonlinear opinion process. The simulation models can be run in either synchronous or asynchronous algorithms, and the Monte Carlo methods is also recently integrated to enable statistical analysis of different asynchronous algorithms. The input data should be prepared in a csv file, and existing input csv file in CrowdEgress project can be directly imported. This simulation platform also integrates a simple version of agent-based behavioral simulation, which mainly describes how agents interact with each other in opinion exchanges, and how such opinions form their behavior in a physics-based world composed of walls, doors and exits.
