SNC5 Files

This release of SNC5, start one instance of nanoCAD 5.0 close automatically the welcome screen window and create a new blank document.

There's also a commandline argument ("/nnd") to avoid automatically creation of a blank document on startup.

For example: "c:\SNC5.exe /nnd"
