Description

Tiger, from Tyger Stripe Software, has donated the source of all his tools to the Sims3 community.

This is his SmoothJazz editor. It lets you edit JAZZ resources - decompiling the package content to meaningful text and compiling back into game-format data.

This project continues the work Tiger started.
