Skillprofiler

The skill profiler is a tool that supports students' competence management at individual level by permitting to capture, compare and visualize soft skills, and to link them with the job market in a simple manner. It provides a set of graphical representations of the profile that allows students to compare their profile with the evaluation of their peers, compare their profile to the soft skill requirements of the job market, find out to what job areas fits best, and identify what skills should be developed further if they want to work in a specific job area.
