1. Installation
================ 

System Requirements for 64-bit Windows.
This program does not need MATLAB but input files must be mat files.
You need to download and install the MCR from the MathWorks website:

   http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/

2.Running the program
=====================

Start the "SimpleNucleiSegmentation_pkg_win**.exe". It takes a few seconds.
This program applies the processings on the right side of the GUI to all the files at a designated folder. The files must be 3D image stack mat files.
There are two ways to apply the processings
  1. One-by-one
    Only one processing is applied by clicking the "exec" button on the right side of that.
    
  2. Batch application
    You can choose processings to apply by cheking the left side checkboxes and click the "Exec checked" button on the bottom.

Parameters for each processing can be set by editing the windlw.
You can find the format at the default setting.
When you execute a processing, you will be asked for a location of folder you want to apply the processing. You will be asked for other necessary informations in the case of bactch application.
After the processing, new folder(s) will be cerated and the result files will be put at the folder. And at that time, you will be asked to select one of the result files to show on the viewer.
