After some tweaking, I have added multi-monitor support.
The logic is fairly simple, I just combined the images into 1 image. The combined image needs to be fit to the size of the monitor, that's why you need to specify the resolutions of the monitor that you use. Since it just combines the image, it can only go horizontally or vertically. Sadly, an abstract positioned monitor setup will probably not work.
