In this folder it is included the datasets used for the work done in the article "Intensity normalization methods in brain FDG-PET quantification*". Six different ROIs and five levels of hypometabolism (10, 20, 40, 60 and 80%) were used to induced hypometabolisms in 25 activity maps obtained from 25 healthy subjects. All the ROIs but the ROI6 are unilateral. All the activity and attenuation maps were considered as input on SimPET platform to generate the 750 simulated PET images with hypometabolisms. All the images were generated for GE Discovery configuration. *Francisco J.
