SIM Explorer

This software uses your smart card reader/terminal to navigate through the SIM Card directory tree. The contents of the files are decoded and showed to the user. Other features, such as CHV management and SIM backup, are also available.

Features

Decodes both EF and DF files.
Easy to navigate through directory tree.
You can send APDU and, in sequence, you can check response.
Copies from SIM to local file or vice-versa.
Manages CHV (verify, change, disable, enable and unblock).
Generates Cellebrite-like report.xml .
