Fixed two bugs in the turbo assembler player sources:
* The filtercutoff routine was missing a small compare routine for fast downwards subtraction.
  This could result in difference in the sound output when compared to the editor.

* If you started your song with a gatetimeout setting of Ax,Cx or Ex the first note strike
  would sometimes not happen.
