shortcut command on Desktop Files

The "KeyShortCut" program is trying to combine the advantages of command line(eg:cmd, shell) with the windows GUI.

SET UP:
1. at the "C:\" folder create a txt file named "ShortCuts.txt"
(you can just copy the file in the rar to the root folder of partition C)
2. add the matched pattern according to your own prefrence.
(two lines, line 1 is the command, line 2 is the program's FULL PATH.

line1: ie
line2: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"

3. run the program.
4.(optional) clear your desktop and change all  icons into patterns in the txt file.

TIP: everytime you change the txt file, a restart will be needed to reload the file. To restart program, just kill the process and run it again.

USE:Press the semicolon key, then enter the command name you specified, finally press enter, and the program will be start up!

PS:This program uses the LOW LEVEL KEYBOARD HOOK, so maybe some anti-virus program will warn you about it(:.
