Shortcut Virus Removal Tool v1.3.0 Release

Change Log:

[+] New Features:

✅ The program now uses Combo Box instead of old VB Drive List control.

✅ The program now takes ownership and sets permisions of the System Volume Information folder to avoid errors. This may open UAC prompts.

✅ The program is now compatible with newer Windows since the VB Drive List control got removed. This allows the program to use x64 process if the system is installed as x64.

[*] Fixes:

✅ Fixed a critical issue that prevented the program from working correctly on some drives, related to the System Volume Information folder.

✅ Minor changes and fixes.
