This is not free software and not a GNU GPL license! The program does not specify a license, but authorship is indicated. The source code is not published in the project, only a binary file. The properties of the project indicated a license, but how do we know that this is the author in general? or that in a week he will not change the license? This is not to say that the program is useless.
