SeedStream is a web-based system for converting and streaming videos from a seed-box for viewing on any computer connected to the Internet. The package includes a web-based and command-line conversion utility (using FFMPEG) and a video watching page (using JW-Player). SeedStream is currently only configured for Linux-based systems, but could be converted quite easily for Windows-based systems.

Watching a video on a Seedbox using SeedStream. Using another project on SourceForge, FFMPEG Progress Bar, you can see the real-time progress of the video conversion. Converting files is as easy as clicking on a filename.
