SeaMo: A VHO implementation for seamless mobility across HWNs ------------------------------------------------------------- This package contains a system which allows vertical handovers across various heterogeneous networks. SeaMo will select the best network at any given point of time, thereby allowing the user to always remain connected. SeaMo currently works for 3G and WLAN networks. Follow the steps in INSTALL file to start using SeaMo. For details about the algorithm and parameters considered for decision making read the IEEE paper "A Vertical Handoff Decision Scheme for End-to-End QoS in Heterogenous Networks: An Implementation on a Mobile IP Testbed". We acknowledge the support and funding from the Department of IT, Government of India, for the project.
