Bug fixes & Improvements

  • Refactor import from protocols.io (.json) so that it runs even faster and smoother
  • Add additional zip file types to support more Powerpoint and Word files when importing
  • When importing .xlsx spreadsheets into Custom repositories or Samples table, the content was not entirely imported; this was fixed by improving .xlsx parsing using Roo library
  • Fix an issue where exported protocols could not be imported into Protocol management
