SceneScream

Scenescream.js, a jQuery/Javascript plugin, that allows you to create 'scenes' (a specific location on a web page) in a web page so that when the scene is scrolled and becomes visible in the Viewport you can execute code. The Viewport is the visible part of a document in the web browser window.
