This is Dr Shee's Computer Assistant for ICD-10-PCS Coding system. Brief as SCAPCS, Read like " scabies" and use a scabies picture as it's icon.
By Using this program, the user can coding the ICD-10-PCS very easily without any assistant from the original ICD-10-PCS tabular.
The first version is the Chinese version at 2014-05,
An i18n version was released at 2014-08-23 (v 0.99b).
The final open version(1.00f) was released at 2014-11-15.

For a program to help ICD-10-PCS codec of the chapte medicine and surgery, it cost a 5 start evaluation. Hope it can support all ICD-10-PCS coded, even the ICD-10-CM in the future.
