SCADA plugin

- SCADA plugin for JMP is designed for remote hardware monitoring.
- JMP nodes must be running on all machines involved, i.e. both "polling" and "polled" machines.
- Machines communicate over custom protocol on top of Java RMI with encryption.
- The "field-level" machine gets the data from PLCs via Modbus. A few other industrial protocols will be added soon.
- SCADA graphical output and polling parameters are set via web-interface.
