CRMTooling update 1.6.1

The file CrmTooling.jar is a patch for CRMTooling version 1.6 and it must not 
be used with previous versions.

It fixes some bugs and provides debugging information for unknown errors: the 
stack is printed on the progress dialog. Then this information can be 
committed to help fixing the problem.

For installing it, just copy the jar file into the CRMTooling folder, 
replacing the previous version.
