a, How to run?

	1, MyPro20141124.ova
	   
	   Use VirtualBox(https://www.virtualbox.org/) or VMware(http://www.vmware.com/tw) to import MyPro.ova.
	   
	   Mypro download link. http://sb.nhri.org.tw/MyPro/index.html
	
	2, scripts.zip
	   
	   To install all related tools, and use python scripts to run.
	   reference: Supplementary Information.pdf, page. 8.

b, To update Prokka's genus database:
   
   122 high-quality reference genomes (74 genus, July 2015) were used to built a genus db (prokkaSpecificDB_genus_HQ_20150729.tar.gz).
   In addition, all RefSeq bacterial genomes (656 genus, July 2015) were used to built a genus db (prokkaSpecificDB_genus_20150729.tar.gz).
   
   You can download and unzip one of the above-mentioned files to copy all of them to /MyTools/Tools/prokka-1.10/db/genus.

For more information, please read the 'Supplementary Information.pdf'. Please note that "species" in page 5 should be corrected to "genera", and "speciesA" to "genusA".
