Changes
- Windows 桌面端暂不执行旧知识库引擎迁移，升级后直接启用全新的 1.8.3 知识库工作区，保留账号、模型配置、上传文件及旧引擎数据，避免目录权限或占用导致 SAG 无法启动；旧知识库暂不展示，后续版本再提供恢复方案。
