Ryan Bates Dot Files is a personal macOS command-line configuration collection centered on Zsh. It includes settings and scripts for Git, RubyGems, IRB, tmux, Vim or Neovim, terminal emulators, and related developer tools. An installation script copies or links the configuration files while prompting before replacing existing files. Custom commands simplify jumping into code or home directories, with fzf available for fuzzy searching. The shell prompt can display the active Git branch, and a helper can switch branches or enter an existing worktree. The repository also includes modern terminal configurations and Claude Code skills for tasks such as rebasing, pull-request review, bisecting, and standup summaries.
