DownloadRSScache is a cache and proxy for feeds (incl. RSS) with means of merging and searching information from feeds and generating new sites from it using XSL or other template engines.
It is very recommended to fork RSScache and use it (or parts, ideas of it) for your own projects
Knowledge in PHP, XSL, Unix, RSS(XML), CSS, HTML (in that order) is a good thing
